Pipeline floater

Description

The pipeline floater is formed without welding seam, fully closed, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, impact resistance, no leakage and cracking, internal filled with polyurethane foam; the practical buoyancy of Panlong floaters will be not affected in any application even if the shell was damaged. Shape, model, specifications, size, color can be customized according to client’s requirements.
Dredge floats are also manufactured in a way that will allow them to absorb the energy from vessel collision, to protect the pipelines that they are supporting. Double reinforced hardware on every floater ensures a safe and secure connection to the pipe.
A pipe floater set comprises of 2 pipe floater halves and a galvanised assembly kit, Stainless Steel kits are available, manufactured from Recyclable and VOC free polyethylene.
